What types of roles do you recruit for?

Our initial focus is HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and healthcare administrative and operational roles. Each search is scoped around the needs of the employer.

Do you offer temporary staffing?

Our initial services focus on permanent direct-hire and retained search. Temporary and contract staffing are not currently part of our launch offering.

How are search fees structured?

Direct-hire searches use a contingency model. Retained searches use an agreed scope and milestone-based fees. Specific terms are set out in a written agreement before an engagement begins.
